  • 10 BRIDOR Ciabatta rolls
  • 10 GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Sausages™
  • 20 slices of cheddar
  • 150 g barbecue sauce
  • 5 jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 20 ml grapeseed oil
  • 100 g white vinegar
  • 1 red onion
  • 375 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • Salt and pepper

  • Chop the red onion into quarters, break them apart and place them in a bowl.
  • Bring the vinegar, water and sugar to the boil.
  • Poor the liquid over the onion and cover with clingfilm. Leave to cool at room temperature.
  • Poach the frozen GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Sausages™ for 4 minutes, strain and dry well.
  • Brown them over low heat, turning them on each side for about 4 minutes.
  • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  • Open buns, add barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, Sensational Sausage™, jalapenos and pickles.
  • Close the Bridor Ciabattas and place them under a grill heated to 250°C for around 1½ minutes.
